You are required to update this information immediately if any changes occur.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be held liable for all such activity.
If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify wd189 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. wd189 will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access if you have failed to maintain adequate security or notify us in a timely manner.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, wd189 requires all Players to complete a mandatory KYC verification process. This process involves submitting copies of government-issued identity documents and, where necessary, proof of address and payment method ownership.
To verify your Account, you must submit the following documents:
wd189 aims to complete KYC verification within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving all required documents. In some cases, additional information may be requested, which may extend the verification period. You will not be able to withdraw Funds from your Account until KYC verification is successfully completed.
If you fail to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of your first deposit, or if you fail to provide requested documents within seven (7) days of a verification request, wd189 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account and return your deposited Funds (minus any bonus amounts and associated winnings) to your registered payment method.

All Funds are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. There are no currency conversion fees.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Off-hours and weekend withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours depending on interbank processing schedules. VIP members receive priority processing with average times under three (3) minutes.
To withdraw Funds from your Account, the following conditions must be met:
wd189 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in accordance with international regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information regarding the source of your Funds at any time. Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to frequent large deposits with minimal wagering activity, may trigger an internal investigation and result in Account suspension until the investigation is concluded.
wd189 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount. This means you must place bets totaling ten times the bonus value on qualifying games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rp 500.000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rp 5.000.000 on qualifying bets.
All bonuses must be used within seven (7) days of activation unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus and any winnings associated with it will be forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements:
wd189 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements, or using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk (e.g., opposite-side betting on roulette or simultaneous back-and-lay bets on the same sports market). Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently closed.
All bets are subject to acceptance by wd189. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, including but not limited to bets placed with palpable errors in odds, bets placed after an event has started (unless explicitly offered as in-play markets), or bets suspected of being part of fraudulent or collusive activity.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football matches, the ATP for tennis tournaments). wd189 will make every effort to settle bets promptly after the conclusion of an event, typically within one (1) hour. In the event of a dispute, wd189's decision is final.
If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the original start time. Exceptions apply to specific sports and markets as outlined in our Sportsbook Rules (available on request).
wd189 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets with obvious errors in odds or event information. A palpable error includes, but is not limited to, incorrect odds that are substantially out of line with the market, incorrect scores displayed during in-play betting, or bets accepted after an event has concluded. In the event of a palpable error, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
All casino games offered on the wd189 Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited by third-party laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by wd189 or any Player.
Each casino game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate of the game. RTP figures are available in the game information panel or on our website. Actual results may vary in the short term due to variance and statistical probability.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue that affects game outcome or bet settlement, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. wd189 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wd189 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
